DELIVERY

Currently we are only delivering to the United Kingdom however plan to expand internationally by 2022. Our typical shipping time is 5 working days depending on the delivery destination from the date that your order is dispatched.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We will refund most goods provided they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt complete, unused, in their original packaging, and with any security tags intact. Our return policy does not apply to some goods such as digital products or may only apply if certain conditions are met. Such goods are identified on the product page and any applicable conditions are set out there

Consumer Rights Act 2015

If any product we have supplied fails prematurely due to an inherent fault (manufacturing defect) we will provide you with an appropriate remedy under consumer rights such as a repair, replacement, or refund.
